Our story

By the park,
in the heart of Baku.

Bee sits right next to Fikrat Amirov Park, behind Government House. Juicy burgers, crispy snacks, cocktails and endless conversations with friends.

Tiftik® is Bee’s own pulled beef burger, and it all started with Tiftik Original. Today at Bee in Baku you can try the whole family: Tiftik Original, Tiftik Cheddar, Tiftik Spicy and Tiftik Magic Mushrom. Each one is built on slow-cooked beef brisket and freshly baked brioche.

What makes
a real burger?

100%beef, nothing else

A real burger has no fillers: no breadcrumbs, flour, bread or eggs. We pick the most flavourful cuts (chuck, brisket, rib and ribeye), blend them to our own recipe and rest the mix in barley malt vinegar.

4 hourscaramelized onions

We slow-cook our onions for four hours over low heat. No sugar, just butter and olive oil. It is not just a topping: it is the soul of the burger.
